2 cups whole oats
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
10 Tbsp butter
1/3 cup almonds
1/4 cup honey
10 oz jar of jam
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place all ingredients except jam in a food processor
- Pulse until the ingredients are combined and oats and nuts are in small pieces
- Press all but 1 cup of mxture into bottom of a greased 11x7" pan
- Cover the mixture with jam
- Crumble the remaining mixture over the jam
- Bale for 30-35 minutes
- Cool, cut and serve
